Job Description Scope of Position: Providing Operational Support around Customs and Trade Compliance in our systems and those of our clients.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Support Operations, delivery, and execution of standardized, compliant trade compliance services;Actively engage with customers on projects to ensure accurate and timely delivery;Maintain recordkeeping for functional areas of responsibility;Clear communications to address issues and support in resolving any Customs and Trade Compliance challenges;Effective collaboration and solid communication with team members, clients, and third parties;Continuous process improvement mindset: identify gaps in current processes and procedures.
