Our team has more than 20 years of experience offering consulting and technical advisory services to multilateral organizations, national and subnational governments, and private corporations.
We need to incorporate a Consultant for the Unit of Framework Contracts with International Financial Institutions (IFIs) in our Sant Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona, or Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid office.
About the role: Identification and negotiation with specialized consultants for international technical assistance projects (framework contracts and others).
Establishment of relationships and liaison with companies in the sector to form consortia and others.
Preparation of expressions of interest for business opportunities in multilateral institutions and public and private clients.
Preparation of technical and financial offers for business opportunities in multilateral institutions (framework contracts and others).
Identification of business opportunities in multilateral institutions and public and private clients (framework contracts and others).
Management of international technical assistance projects with technical, administrative, and logistical tasks.
Other administrative, logistical, and technical support tasks.
What will you need to succeed?
Degree in the field of Economic Sciences, Political Sciences, International Relations, Environmental Sciences/Environmental Engineering/Biology, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, or other related fields.
Complementary specialized training in technical areas of technical development assistance will be valued.
2-3 years of previous work experience in the climate change, renewable energy, or sustainable economy sectors, assessed based on the skills profile and training.
Experience in international multilateral and national tenders.
Experience/Knowledge of the operation of the IFIs' framework contracts.
Experience in the OPSYS environment (preferred).
Spanish and English professional level.
High level of French (preferred).
