Overview As a consultant at Arthur D. Little, you will take ownership for the delivery of important parts of the assignment under the coordination and supervision of your case manager.
The consultant's role includes: Taking front-to-end accountability for a number of business-analysis projects, which you structure and complete with minor senior guidance. Building compelling presentations conveying key messages in a clear way. Presenting your recommendations with poise and confidence to senior audiences. Assisting other members of the team to ensure successful delivery. Interacting with customers during workshops and interviews. Contributing to the development of the office by taking on a role in the internal office organization. Responsibilities The candidate will assume the following key responsibilities:
Management of challenging situations and resolution of client issues through the development of valuable and implementable recommendations. Execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses, assembly, and in-depth analysis from both primary and secondary sources. Articulate and concise communication with global management leaders and preparation of effective summaries. Planning, execution, and completion of final deliverables independently. Coaching junior team members and supporting the office operations by leading or participating in internal projects. Qualifications Applicants should have these qualifications: Bachelor studies (Engineering/Economics preferred) and a strong academic achievement degree awarded from a leading school. A minimum of four (4) years of combined work experience in management consulting and industry. Outstanding academic achievement from top-tier universities. MBA from a reputable business school preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead teams to solve problems under pressure in a demanding environment. Experience in devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, market research, and performing primary & secondary research. Exceptional problem-solving skills, broad industry knowledge, and sharp business acumen. Excellent level of English and Spanish is essential; other languages are also desirable.
