You will :Be a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companiesCoordinate small, Agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project areaLead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions and mentor less experienced team membersAct as a team leader, facilitating workshops and driving communication as needed by the projectWork closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basisAct as a Scrum Master with an option to develop as an Agile CoachSupport B2B sales activitiesAbout the requirements. You need :At least 3 years of professional experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance in an international environmentUnderstanding how insurance companies or banks work, being familiar with their key processes and business modelsExperience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementationsTo be creative, resourceful, and proactive in finding solutions to complex problemsAbility to ensure quality of the deliverables of your team, by applying analytical thinking and synthesis skillsExperience in team management and taking responsibility for team resultsAbility to work in Spain and the European Union on a full-time basisAt least a bachelor's degreeGreat command of English and Spanish language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakersAbout our promises.
