Who we're looking for:The ICF Research lob working for the European institutions (PRES-EU Team) and more specifically the legal cluster in charge of legal studies for the European Commission and DG JUSTICE in particular - has just been selected to conduct legal studies, evaluation and impact assessments of legal instruments for the next four years.In view of the upcoming workload on diverse and varied themes such as company law, contract law, the digitalisation of justice and the use of AI, data protection, criminal procedure and judicial cooperation, consumer protection, the rule of law and equality and non-discrimination policies, ICF's legal team is looking for a Junior consultant to join its well-established practice.The successful candidate will have a legal background with a full legal education (from 1st year undergraduate to completion of Masters) preferably in private/civil law, and a good understanding of and interest in EU policies related to civil law and civil procedure and the challenges of functional cross-border justice.
S/he should have experience in legal research and analysis and in drafting reports.
S/he should have expertise in, inter alia, civil and procedural law and/or corporate governance and/or data protection and/or artificial intelligence.
