.Job Description: As part of the Cybersecurity Consulting Business Unit and its Regulations & Compliance Center Of Competencies, you will work as an Export Control consultant for our internal and external customers. You will be part of the Airbus Protect Spain in aeronautics and military programs. The role … Drafting of guidelines, procedures and other documents related to Export Control governance. Support for questions related to the application of Export Control rules. Focal point and coordination with stakeholders internally and externally in support to the business processes. Support for the classification of data and Information systems tools in accordance with the legal and regulatory requirements adopted by the governments of the United States (Military /Dual Use), national and the European Union. Perform assessment, gap analysis and create associated remediation action plan. Support all along the Export Control processes (Data archiving of required data for audits and controls). Manage activities: internal periodic reporting, risks and opportunities identification, continuous improvement axis. Participation in awareness/training sessions and in the skills development of junior colleagues and/or project teams (e.G., production of materials and awareness sessions). Promote information sharing within the Export Control and regulation community. Be a source of proposal and participate in the implementation of Export Control compliance actions (internal and transversal initiatives). Ensure a technological watch and be proactive to propose new domains to experiment. Are you THE one ? Engineering school or university degree. Ideally a specialization in Export Control / Defense. Five minimum years of experience. Strong knowledge in: ITAR / EAR - US Military & Dual Use regulations. Dual Use EU regulations. Military Spanish regulation.
