Ensure Service Level Agreements accomplishment.Identify and promote actions to improve the service.Basic Qualifications:+2 years' experience working in teams in maintenance/project IT financial services area.Good teamwork skills.Strong functional knowledge in the following areas for internal audit and Compliance:Internal AuditData Administration and gatheringData E2E flow (Provisioning, gathering & modelling, user uptake)Strong technical knowledge in some of:Internal Audit ManagementCompliance ManagementEnterprise Risk ManagementGood level of spoken and written English is mandatory.
