We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our diverse and inclusive team.
This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the high standard and reliability of our product.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes within our construction organization.
Working collaboratively with our construction team, procurement, and engineering teams, you will ensure that our day-to-day execution adheres to our processes and project parameters and ensure conformance, meeting the highest standards of performance, functionality, and safety.
In your role you will report directly to the Regional Construction Lead and work across all projects in the Region to ensure consistency in the QAQC (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) program and will be matrixed to the construction quality team and work with our center of excellence and central quality organization as well.

Responsibilities Execute Quality Projects:Review and approval of General Contractor Project Quality Plans.Oversee, train, and counsel project quality staff to ensure consistency in auditing and execution against Microsoft project quality specifications and standards.Collaboration With Delivery TeamsFoster a supportive and inclusive work environment by collaborating closely with construction, commissioning, procurement, design, and operations stakeholders.Address quality issues and ensure necessary modifications are made to keep to budget, schedule, and scope for improved project delivery.AuditingAgree to a quality audit plan in accordance with Microsoft specifications.Execute project audits and ensure audit goals are met.Consolidate, analyze, and report key audit data regularly to ensure compliance and conformance.Identify areas for improvement and use disciplined problem-solving techniques to implement and correct/prevent non-conformance.Documentation And ReportingDocument, aggregate, and report audit results, issues, lessons learned, and recommendations for corrective actions.Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing non-conformance and audit outcomes in a clear and accessible manner.Performance AnalysisAnalyze and evaluate quality metrics of construction projects.Provide data-driven insights to support process adherence and conformance.Compliance And StandardsStay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to construction and quality.Support Quality Control Process IterationContinuously improve quality control procedures and protocols for region-wide change management.Identify opportunities for process efficiencies within the audit and quality control workflow.Training And SupportProvide training and support to stakeholders on quality control processes, specifications, and best practices.Support Software ImprovementIdentify defects, data inconsistencies, and areas for improvement to ensure consistent quality delivery.Qualifications Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND extensive related experience OR equivalent experience.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications Extensive experience working on data center projects.Solid experience in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) construction, construction quality manager, commissioning expertise, quality control testing, preferably in data center construction or industrial construction reliant on specific installation practices and adherence.Proficient in using Microsoft 360 Suite, BIM (building information modeling), Bluebeam, and construction software tools as needed.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.Meticulous attention to specification and governing standards detail and installation compliance with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.A strong passion for maintaining accountability and adherence to project quality standards and specifications.To be based or living in the Zaragoza region.Background Check Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
