Construction Manager

Our client is spearheading a large-scale data centre project in Spain and is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their team on the client side. This role is critical in overseeing the successful execution of the project, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects, particularly within the data centre sector, and must be fluent in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and various stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones and addressing any challenges.
Key Qualifications:
Extensive experience in construction management, with a strong focus on large-scale data centre projects.
Proven ability to manage and lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
Fluency in Spanish is essential.
