Reporting to: Expansion Manager
Targets of the position: As a Construction Manager (CM), your key responsibility will be to lead the Construction Management during the pre-construction, on-going construction, and post-construction phases of the project. To recommend Contractors based on the lowest bid, quality, reliability, and reasonable capacity of the Contractor. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Site technical evaluation, including site measurements, schematic design, plan production, and sign and seal as required by LGU. Facilitate the conducting of pre-bid meetings, coordination meetings, and bid submissions. Manage the implementation of the project to ensure smooth construction timelines and completion. Ensure compliance with LGU (local government unit) and national government policies. Responsible for overall compliance with regulations, restrictions in building code, environmental, safety, sanitary, insurances, and building permits. In charge of creating our standard construction manual. Specify materials needed and efficient for the store. Handle the recruitment and accreditation of contractors and suppliers. Address store concerns, coordinating with store issues to lessors. Prepare cost comparisons for awarding. Monitor the approved projected budget, actual expenses, and payment requests for the progressive billing project. In charge of store renovation, repairs, and store closure. Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
