You'll enforce contracts to maintain the project timeline and minimise costs. Project Coordination: Work closely with general contractors, separate contractors, and site developers, ensuring seamless communication and preventing scheduling issues. Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly update our client on project progress, providing detailed reports on quality, budget, and timelines. Address any snagging, close-out tasks, and warranty issues promptly. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the general contractor complies with all health and safety regulations, keeping our client informed of any incidents or risks on site. Commissioning & Closeout: Oversee the testing and commissioning stages, ensuring all milestones are met and required documentation is completed for a smooth handover. WHO YOU ARE: Proven experience in construction management Strong MEPF experience Excellent communication and leadership skills in English BENEFICIAL: Ideally previous exposure to Data Centers or Oil/Gas Sub-station experience Familiarity with local building regulations and planning approvals is a plus Spanish speaking ideally.
