Responsibilities:
Customer service in person, by email and over the telephone
Showing and providing technical explications of parts and accessories
Preparing budgets, closing sales and taking payments
Stock and inventory control
Receiving and placing orders
Requirements:
Intermediate or advanced vocational training in electromechanics or automobiles
At least 2 years of experience in tasks similar to those described above
Clear customer focus, person accustomed to working to meet set objectives
Ability to work as part of a team
High level of autonomy
Dynamic and proactive personality and good communication skills
Class B driver's license
