Construction Machinery Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
Attending to customers and advising them on the services they need
Coordinating customer appointments
Maintaining constant communication with the customer throughout the repair process
Guaranteeing customer satisfaction by ensuring that all repairs have been completed correctly
Making recommendations for preventive vehicle maintenance and suggesting additional services that could help extend the useful life of the vehicle
Requirements:
Intermediate or advanced vocational training in electromechanics or automobiles
At least 2 years of experience in tasks similar to those described above
Clear customer focus, person accustomed to working to meet set objectives
Ability to work as part of a team
High level of autonomy
Dynamic and proactive personality and good communication skills
Class B driver's license
