Job DescriptionAs Construction Director (M/F), you join our Spanish Datacenter team to carry out our projects. Working on a design and build project, your role is to guide the construction step to success.
Your MissionsBeing the principal client and subcontractors interlocutor for the worksCoordinating the construction work with our on-site engineers and our subcontractorsManaging all internal project stakeholdersOperations prior to acceptance and commissioningDriving financial and timing aspects of the construction sideProfileAs a Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineer, you have a minimum of 10 years of experience on big industrial building construction projects (50-100 M€) with high added technical value and tight deadlines. With a strong technical mindset, you enjoy multicultural teamwork. Your rigor, interpersonal skills, and adaptability to the situations encountered will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company. Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
