We are looking for a talented assistant to join our team.
You are highly efficient, able to manage multiple tasks at once, while still maintaining a positive attitude and friendly service in every interaction you have.
You'll be working in an international environment in our office based in Orihuela Costa (Alicante).
Key responsibilities will be: Provide excellent customer service, responding quickly and effectively to any post-sales requests or issues.
Supervise and coordinate necessary repairs or adjustments, working closely with suppliers and subcontractors.
Manage communication with clients in both Spanish and English, maintaining a professional level in both languages.
Keep a detailed record of each issue and its resolution, ensuring process traceability.
Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve the customer experience.
Provide ongoing follow-up with clients, keeping them updated on the status of their requests or issues.
Skills required: MANDATORY: Fluent English, both spoken and written, as communication with international clients is required.
Knowledge of other languages will be highly valued.
Previous experience or training in fields related to building and construction will be considered a plus.
Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, effective communication, and problem-solving.
Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and responsibility in managing assigned tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and incident management tools.
Knowledge of design programs such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and/or measurement tools will be a plus.
