Construction Coordinator

.we are looking for a CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR (MECHANICAL & PIPING) LOCATION : Huelva Plant - Spain MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES During the delivery phase, directly oversee the construction activities related to structural, mechanical, piping and pipeline work packages and minor E&I scope. Ensure that the works are executed in accordance with contractual documentation, schedule, Company procedures and plans Directly follow up the construction activities (. prefabrication, erection, pre-commissioning), monitor the progress and the quality of the works by performing daily visit at site and / or at the contractors fabrication shops Provide assistance to the Project manager and Project engineer reviewing the construction documentation submitted by the Contractors (Approved for construction drawings such as ISOs, P&IDs, Construction procedures / method statements, execution plan and schedule) Provide technical construction assistance to the Project manager and Project engineer for timely resolution of technical construction issues and quality anomalies / non conformity arisen at site Interface with engineering and procurement department to ensure on-time delivery of documentation and material in order to allow timely execution of the works Make sure that the project quality plan and relevant Inspection Test Plan are implemented during construction and the relevant quality control reports are issued Coordinate contractors pre-commissioning activities and guarantee that the mechanical completion is achieved on time, with no punch list items affecting the commissioning and ready for start-up activities Coordinate with the site HSE management team for a safe delivery of the work
