Construction Coordinator

.we are looking for aCONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR (MECHANICAL & PIPING)LOCATION : Huelva Plant - SpainMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIESDuring the delivery phase, directly oversee the construction activities related tostructural, mechanical, piping and pipeline work packages and minor E&I scope.Ensure that the works are executed in accordance with contractual documentation,schedule, Company procedures and plansDirectly follow up the construction activities (. prefabrication, erection,pre-commissioning), monitor the progress and the quality of the works by performingdaily visit at site and / or at the contractors fabrication shopsProvide assistance to the Project manager and Project engineer reviewing theconstruction documentation submitted by the Contractors (Approved for constructiondrawings such as ISOs, P&IDs, Construction procedures / method statements,execution plan and schedule)Provide technical construction assistance to the Project manager and Projectengineer for timely resolution of technical construction issues and qualityanomalies / non conformity arisen at siteInterface with engineering and procurement department to ensure on-time deliveryof documentation and material in order to allow timely execution of the worksMake sure that the project quality plan and relevant Inspection Test Plan areimplemented during construction and the relevant quality control reports are issuedCoordinate contractors pre-commissioning activities and guarantee that themechanical completion is achieved on time, with no punch list items affecting thecommissioning and ready for start-up activitiesCoordinate with the site HSE management team for a safe delivery of the work
