Your responsibilities include identifying opportunities through new customer acquisition, managing key customers effectively by developing partnerships to achieve exceptional results, and increasing market share to meet predetermined volume targets. In addition, you will lead our growing project sales team and also cooperate with the project manager, technical team, area manager and country manager. Your responsibilities include: Supervise and lead a team of project sales, providing strategic direction and support to meet and exceed sales targets. Ensure that plans and actions drive sales and profitable growth according to agreed targets. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, identifying key opportunities in the construction market. Develop business and create new customer relationships. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including senior management and government, to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. Be the primary representative of the company in customer presentations, highlighting the benefits and features of our glazing systems
