The Consolidation Analyst will be responsible for the consolidation of all entities in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare consolidation journal entries for reporting and Consolidation Models.Prepare Consolidation Models for the region on a quarterly basis.Prepare Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows including cash flow schedules for sub-consolidation.Support in Process Improvements, Internal and External Audit, and Ad Hoc Projects.Contribute to the improvement of existing processes to enhance the quality of consolidated information available to senior financial management.Review in detail the monthly reporting of divisions to ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards, corporate accounting policies, and IFRS.Assist with the quarterly review and year-end audit process, ensuring efficient and successful year-end close and satisfactory audit results with minimal issues identified.Who you are:Methodical and organised: You naturally work in a methodical way and relish the opportunity to add structure and order to your work, helping with competing priorities.Collaborative: You build relationships easily and enjoy working as a team to get things done.Diligent: Your solid attention to detail ensures that project documentation is accurate, and you follow up with others to ensure outstanding information or actions are complete.Independent: You are an independent thinker who sets your own timescales and milestones to meet your objectives, knowing when to ask for help.Flexible: You are agile in your approach to your work and working hours, collaborating with colleagues in other countries.Pragmatic: You are hands-on and love getting involved in the detail.Qualifications and Experience:Chartered Accountant or Equivalent with experience in a public company environment gained through industry or public practice.Business undergraduate degree (Economics or Finance) or related field, with exceptional academic results.Strong systems and technical/computer skills (Excel, Word).Proven experience in simplifying and streamlining processes.Job Types:Full-time, Permanent
