We are currently in a significant growth phase and are looking for a Configurations Analyst to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will be actively involved in the data input on our systems and integrations of our payments solutions, following defined processes and guidelines towards greater productivity and efficiency.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee and ensure adherence to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies across multiple teams and departments, driving continuous improvements in process efficiency.Lead the end-to-end processing and integration of data from agreements and addendums into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all levels.Conduct and manage in-depth Quality Assurance (QA) processes for client payment pages, identifying and resolving technical issues to guarantee a seamless integration, enhancing the overall customer experience and improving operational effectiveness of our solutions.Review and validate system entries for compliance, ensuring data integrity and alignment with internal standards.Take ownership of all compliance-related procedures, particularly those concerning data security and regulatory adherence, while identifying opportunities to optimize risk management processes.Develop, maintain, and refine knowledge base articles and internal documentation to support ongoing team education and operational consistency, ensuring best practices are up to date and widely disseminated across relevant teams.Knowledge and Skills:Analytical with attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.Able to prioritize and organize tasks well to ensure completion to deadlines whilst still achieving the required quality standards.Understand the importance of protecting customers' personal data and the implications for a business if this is not done well.Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows (10/11) and MS Office.Knowledge and experience with Jira, Freshdesk or any other ticketing system.Advanced level of English language required (other language skills are beneficial).Able to communicate well and build rapport with people at various levels of a business.High learning agility and ability to apply knowledge learned.Experience and Education:Degree required.Data analysis, integrations and technical backgrounds are a plus.What We Offer:Opportunities to grow within a company in hypergrowth stage.Additional days of holidays.Health insurance.Hybrid mode: 3 days per week in the office.
