The Concierge will attend to the needs of the tenants, ensuring a pleasant experience during their stay at our buildings. They serve as the first point of contact between clients and the organization, answering inquiries, directing phone calls, and coordinating plans while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
As a Concierge, your core activities will include: Offering a warm and professional welcome to visitors.Overseeing the safekeeping of the building's keys to allow access for maintenance and repairs when necessary.Contributing to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings.Overseeing two entire buildings on the same street, performing regular walkthroughs.Speaking with tenants to ensure compliance with community rules.Acting as the first point of contact for queries and complaints.Liaising with cleaning and groundskeeping staff to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.Night emergency call management.What you'll need to be successful in this role: Understanding of building security protocols and emergency procedures.Ability to identify and report faults or damages in fixtures and fittings.Proficiency in overseeing the safekeeping and proper usage of building keys.Strong skills in providing a professional and warm welcome to visitors and handling tenant queries and complaints.Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance in the building.Ability to effectively liaise with cleaning and groundskeeping staff.Skills in managing and responding to night emergency calls.
