The hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate.Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in mid-2024.
The resort will have a total of 109 rooms and suites, culinary experiences, including a signature restaurant, a beachfront restaurant and café, and a poolside bar and grill, events space, spa and fitness facilities, and direct access to the beach.The Concierge Agent is a central part of the Front Of the House Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are provided with upscale service experiences throughout their stay.Responsibilities:Provide upscale service experiences for guests throughout their stay.Ensure guests are properly greeted upon their arrival.Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences, and programs offered.Ensure that concierge desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current.Work with guests pre-arrival and in-house to ascertain preferences and provide insightful recommendations.Conduct pre-arrival process to contact all future guests to arrange services including but not limited to Wine Tastings, Dining Reservations, shipping packages, various Transportation methods, and researching different vendors and service providers.Follow up with guests pre-arrival, within a time of response.Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.Maintain permanent communication with guests through our messenger app, with immediate response, and a proper closure of interaction.Resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.Interaction with guests will be in person and by phone, following our Brand standards.Great knowledge of activities available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establish close contacts with vendors in these areas.Requisitos:El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo: https://www.kitempleo.es/empleo/113160932/concierge-islas-baleares-bm-640-pollensa/?utm_source=html #J-18808-Ljbffr
