Join us if you want to be part of The Bank That Does.Purpose of the Position: The VP Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Technologies is responsible for providing the vision and leadership for developing and executing information technology strategies within cloud, infrastructure, and platforms in a hybrid cloud, fast-paced digital, fintech-rich, complex challenger bank environment. This role serves as a key member of the Technology and Operations team and directs strategic planning of systems infrastructure and future IT platform services in order to foster and support partner innovations that create competitive advantage, enhance the customer experience, improve service quality, support business development, improve cost-effectiveness, and lead to greater productivity and efficiency. The VP Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Technologies is responsible for all aspects of enterprise IT production operations, platform core infrastructure technology, and service management.Key Accountabilities:Drives the vision of a scalable, secure, and reliable Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) partner-based complex infrastructural ecosystem that powers all of the Bank's business segments.Defines and executes a vision that enables full automation at all levels of infrastructure/platform/vendor integration including a multivendor hybrid cloud strategy.Contributes to the Chief Technology & Operations Officer (CTOO) strategy and continuously participates as part of the CTOO Senior Leadership Team (SLT).Establishes highly productive relationships and partnerships for the benefit of the Bank.Works with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and departmental managers to implement plans and policies throughout the Bank.Promotes the culture of transparency, ownership, and innovation across all teams.Collaborates with other teams to drive joint initiatives and promotes best practices across different scope disciplines.Operational Management:Develops a strong service management organization covering production operations and platform service offerings across different verticals, including Incident, Change, Problem, Release, Service Desk, Service Request, and CMDB (configuration management database).Supports Agile transformation through SRE and DevOps practices and CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous delivery)
