Técnico/a de Compras responsable de algunas categorías a nivel país con un gasto de 40 M€
· Gestionar las actividades del día a día necesarias para la compra de materias no primas (servicios, materiales...) que cumplan con los estándares de la organización en cuanto a precio, calidad, tiempo y fiabilidad de suministro.
· Introducir órdenes en el sistema SAP para aprobaciones
· Configurar el análisis de ofertas, licitaciones, propuestas o cotizaciones de proveedores con los mejores términos para la organización
· Comunicarse con los proveedores para resolver problemas relativos a la puntualidad o la calidad de los suministros
· Identificar, investigar y evaluar nuevos posibles proveedores que cumplan con los estándares de precio, calidad, tiempo y confiabilidad de suministro de la organización.
· Establecer la evaluación de los productos/servicios del proveedor para garantizar que cumplan con las especificaciones y con los estándares de calidad de la organización y guíen el desempeño del proveedor
· Recopilar datos relacionados con las compras y proporcionar a la Dirección informes operativos

Formación: Licenciatura en Economía o Ingeniería
Idiomas: Inglés
Experiencia: 3-5 años de experiencia previa en puestos similares
Otros conocimientos valorados:
• Conocimiento práctico de las bases de datos; Se valorará el conocimiento de SAP
• Se necesitan conocimientos de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel (avanzado)

Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
Buyer who is responsible of some categories at country level with a spend of 40 M€
· Manage the day-to-day activities necessary to purchase non raw material (services, materials..) that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply.
· Enter orders into the SAP system for managerial approval and release
· Set up the analysis of supplier bids, tenders, proposals or quotations with terms that are in the organization's best interest
· Communicate with vendors to solve problems with the timeliness or quality of supplies
· Identify, research, and evaluate new possible suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing and reliability of supply
· Set up the Assessment of supplier's products/services to ensure that they comply with specifications and meet the organization's quality standards and drive the supplier performance
· Collect purchasing related data and provide management with operational reporting
Who are we looking for?
Education: Economics or Engineering Degree
Languages: English
Experience: 3-5 years of previous experience in similar roles
Other preferred knowledge:
Working knowledge of databases; SAP knowledge will be considered as a plus
Microsoft Office knowledge is needed , specially excel (advanced)
