Compliance Specialist/ Medical Compliance- Sponsor Dedicated

Under minimal supervision, provide published information to support company associates and external clients as specified in contracts. Utilize subject expertise and information technology skills to search a wide array of bibliographic/full text databases to successfully complete literature requests.Job Description:- Management of requests for medical information received through the call center or the systems established by the company- Supervision of KPIs, quality control, and planning of corrective and preventive actions in the management of requests for medical information (based on the findings)- Update of SOPs and local medical information instructions based on needs (LOPD, changes in global procedure (SOP), etc.)- Maintenance of local medical information websites- Work cross-functionally with the global team- Review and approve promotional materials according to applicable regulatory requirements governed by legislation on drug advertising- Review non-promotional materials according to established criteria- Review training materials for the sales network- Coordinate with the Training Department to review the product materials linked to part of the training actions for the sales network- Approve promotional materials as the host country for international conferences held in Spain- Review the Brand Plan- Review and approve scientific advisory activities to cover the strategic needs of the product- Review and approval of market studies, according to defined criteria- Review sponsorships, collaboration agreements, and co-organization- Notify Farmaindustria of the projects, scientific meetings, and/or market studies that meet the requirements for communication- Advise on drug promotion regulationsQualifications:- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor/advanced degree in biomedical or life science- Required at least 1 year of relevant experience- Written and verbal communication skills including good command of Spanish and English language.- Effective time management and organizational skills.- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
