.ADP is hiring a Compliance Specialist Well, this may be the role for you In this role, you will be part of a dedicated Compliance team to help protect ADP's business and clients against one of the major compliance risks: the use of third-party services. We are looking for someone able to explore and assess the risk inherent to the use by ADP of third-party payroll providers, who manage our clients' most sensitive information: their employees' payroll data. You will assist with periodic compliance assessment activities to ensure our third-party payroll providers meet regulatory requirements as well as ADP's quality, ethical, and security standards. More specifically, you will provide support with due diligence, risk assessments, sanction screenings, and administrative compliance-related tasks, under the supervision of the Global Payroll Compliance Manager. WHAT YOU'LL DO: What you can expect on a typical day: Perform compliance impact assessments on our third-party payroll providers. Conduct due diligence (including sanction screening activities) on our third-party payroll providers to identify potential risks and ways to mitigate them. Track and follow up on the evolution of the above activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Monitor the data retention process to ensure alignment with data protection and ADP privacy policy. Act as the administrative gatekeeper by maintaining accurate records and documentation associated with the compliance function and generating compliance-related reports at regular intervals. Identify opportunities to enhance compliance processes and procedures, and assist in implementing improvements. Work closely with other ADP departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of compliance efforts. Interact with our third-party payroll providers to ensure they meet their regulatory requirements and comply with ADP policies. Assist with special/ad hoc compliance-related tasks as required. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields; and/or 1-3 years of proven experience in a compliance, legal, or audit role. Fluency in English (oral and written). In addition: Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex information and identify potential compliance risks. Strong attention to detail, able to notice patterns and catch errors that others may overlook. Strong administrative and organizational skills, including a methodical approach, effective organization and time management skills, and flexibility to manage various tasks. Written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts to stakeholders with less technical knowledge. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as these tools will be used daily
