To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Performance and Compliance Manager within the Supply Chain team! This position will be located in Benifaió, Valencia.

What is this position purpose? This position's scope covers Benifaio plant. In the aspect of Supply Chain Performance Management: The role focuses on being responsible for setting the logistics plant performance and learning plan and ensuring its implementation to achieve targets. Lead the excellence initiatives to create a continuous improvement and High-Performance Working culture that challenges the status quo and the behaviors of all operations employees aiming for customer satisfaction, zero losses and 100% employee engagement. Accountable of KPIs compliance and presentation in Supply Chain area. Supports functional areas of customer delivery, transportation planning, sourcing/purchasing and freight audit & payment. In the aspect of Compliance management: Contribute to ensuring the compliance of the activities defined within the framework of Supply Chain operations (Storage and Distribution: storage, preparation, starch packaging line, transport, 3PL, internal packing/bulk and 3PL (Third Party Logistic)). Your experience and talents will make the difference to: Supply Chain Performance management in plant: Ensure all logistics facilities (in-house & 3PLs) keep control on performance level accordingly to local and global target. Performance from Inbound to outbound flows for finished products. Promote and decline a common Pyramid — Indicators and Signals. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and decline proper methods & tools (RAISE, 6SIGMA, KAIZEN, 5S..). Animate the investment plan (CAPEX, PXB, OPEX) in a collaborative manner with functions and local teams. Ensure proper follow-up for validated projects. Manage accordingly the budget investment process. Promote all compliance requirements to plant logistics facilities. Participate in the development and design of a local / regional standard customized logistics service, encompassing the administrative and physical logistics activities. Follow-up to the competitiveness action plan and budget management, performing rate analysis to determine cost saving initiatives. Implement good common practices according to supply chain group standards and critical implementation plans (Symphony, Distribution, Segmentation, Future factory) and main objectives at group level (GBU' expectations, pea line, pharma…) Manage the learning plan for the whole logistics department according to annual targets. Main interactions: Internal Logistics Manager, Warehouse Manager, Controlling team, Transportation manager, OPM, Key Users, 3PL Specialist, Team Leaders, Local Performance Manager… Scope: All internal packed/bulk logistics activities (Inbound, Outbound and internal truck flows included and Shipping office), external packed logistics activities, 3PLs, Transportation overflow activity, Storage management, operational packaging activities. Compliance manager: Audit: ensure regular Audit (Safety, Quality food defense - FSCC 22000, ANSM, customer audits -, good practices, damaged bags, OEA, other compliance); random unloading/loading check. Implementation of action plans defined after internal or external audits at transportation operations level. Contribute to internal audits / Organize internal audits to identify the inventory, gaps and progress of improvement plans. Ensure the completeness and monitoring of documentation in connection with Quality services and Supply Chain teams (documentation managed under ONE-DOC and the Specifications). Contribute to internal supplier audits and qualification audits. Inventory compliance: manage by a daily routine, ensure to have a right synchronization between physical and IT stock, stock discrepancies follow up; fond de lots of execution. Quality: participate to complaint root cause analysis; ensure corrective actions reliability, daily routine to check number of opened claims and response time, etc. Support for internal and external audits. Applicable standards for logistics activities / 3PL, Transport and Packaging / Packing / 3PM: ISO 9001 FSSC22000 EFISC GDP IPA, GDP Excipact, IPEC Guide OEA Repression of fraud: weight management… What we will love about you: Resilient and working under pressure. Experience: More than 5 years' experience in Supply Chain in food or pharma industries. Experience on project of continuous improvement deployment. Experience on statistical Process Control knowledge and implementation. Strong knowledge in business Intelligence and analytics tools. Languages: Fluent in English.
