Join us and be part of our journey to redefine banking for the digital age!Mission and responsibilities:The compliance operations specialist will work in the BAU of the Compliance Ops team.The main tasks of this position will be the following:Supervision of the day-to-day activities of the First Line of Defense (transaction monitoring / sanctions and PEP screening).Perform quality assurance reviews in accordance with AML policies and departmental procedures within established timeframes.Promote the continuous improvement of the compliance-related processes in terms of quality, efficiency, and automatization of internal procedures.Produce reports containing quality assurance results and associated metrics using established procedures.To be successful in the role you must have:Minimum of 3/4 years experience in AML/CTF in a financial institution compliance department.Experience with relevant compliance laws and regulations.Experience with analysis of transaction monitoring and sanctions screening alerts.Degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Law.Fluent English.What do we offer?Joining a dynamic and agile company undergoing international expansion.Working in start-up mode with the support of the Santander Group.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package.Possibility of growth within the company and the Group.Collaborating on international projects in different countries.Excellent work environment, social clubs, and frequent events.Would you like to grow with us?
