As a consequence, we need someone who can work with the local regulators, our MLRO outsourcing partner, as well as our internal Product and Compliance teams to deliver on Eva's needs.

**Role specific skills**: For you to be successful as a Compliance Manager, you need a couple of hard skills.

in the wider EU context Ability to translate (local) regulation into policies and processes for bunq Experience with AML/CFT compliance and consumer protection is a must Ability to keep a user-centric and pragmatic mindset when dealing with rules & regulations Ability to communicate to & manage a broad set of stakeholders (i.e.
