Compliance Manager EU Regulatory (m/f/d)Your missionManage overall strategic and tactical organization of contractual and regulatory compliance requirements for PV.Monitor the current policies and systems in place and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory laws.Learn, unlearn, and relearn the dynamically changing ecosystem of compliance and regulatory laws of the region.Report to and liaise with the senior compliance manager and make decisions based on their guidance.Curate and maintain control systems to identify and handle rule violations.Take timely actions to ensure compliance with European laws and internal policies of the company.Prepare reports and documentation on potential compliance risks as a compliance risk manager.Your profileBachelor's degree in law or similar.Previous experience in the solar or PV component sector, with proficiency in industry trends, laws, and regulations.Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar position.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French or another European language is a plus.Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
