Our company has experienced exceptional growth and now has a new position available: Compliance Manager to take charge of embedding a new compliance framework across the business. In this dynamic role, you'll develop and manage compliance obligations, oversee the Compliance/Training Register, and foster a strong culture of compliance through collaboration and training. You'll also lead compliance monitoring activities, prepare insightful reports for stakeholders, and ensure our small and major projects meet all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Management: Proactively identify compliance obligations and maintain an up-to-date Compliance Register, ensuring it reflects current regulatory and corporate requirements. This includes organising necessary documentation and procedures.
Foster Compliance Culture: Collaborate with teams to embed a strong compliance culture, providing staff training as necessary.
Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct compliance monitoring, process reviews, and risk assessments, preparing reports for stakeholders.
Project Compliance: Ensure compliance obligations are met in all projects, supporting business improvements and strategic goals.
About You:
Relevant tertiary qualification in all aspects of compliance.
Compliance experience in the highly regulated building industry.
Ability to understand and develop knowledge of legislative, policy, and procedure requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and teams.
