A highly successful B2B business Group is looking to hire a Compliance Manager, based in Seville, Spain.
The company is keen to hire someone with relevant experience within the e-Gaming sector.
You will be accountable for leading the processes to ensure the business has timely information and requirements for our products to be, and to remain fully compliant at all times, with the jurisdictional requirements set by the different government bodies in those countries where our products are used by operators worldwide.
Responsibilities: Leading the compliance certification processes, managing end-to-end projects involving third parties and laboratories to ensure required certifications are obtained on time.
Designing a compliance roadmap to meet the tribe leader business requirements.
Understanding regulatory frameworks and industry standards to anticipate and define the right regulatory compliance strategies and tactical plans.
Engaging and supporting the organization with the rest of the tribe leadership team.
Keeping up to date with regulatory updates and changes in each targeted jurisdiction.
Mentoring team members and taking on new challenges as we continue to push our product forward.
Experience: Must be able to pass background checks and obtain required gaming licenses when required.
3+ years of applicable prior experience in a legal or regulatory role, with experience in the sports betting/e-Gaming space preferred.
Experience communicating with senior executives and government authorities.
Strong prior drafting experience.
Ability to execute under pressure and under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter that enjoys a team, results-oriented, continuous improvement and performance-led culture and atmosphere.
Comfortable balancing multiple, competing priorities and changes in scope and direction.
Have a strong interest in the sports betting/e-Gaming space.
Superb organization and attention to detail skills.
