The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.
The Compliance Associate will be responsible for ensuring the company complies with applicable laws and regulations by developing internal policies, evaluating risks, and providing compliance guidance.
Conducts audits, manages non-compliance incidents, and promotes a culture of integrity.
Acts as a liaison with regulatory authorities and ensures proper risk management and security measures.
What will you help with Implement and monitor compliance programs (AML, Governance, Codes of Conduct, etc.).
Implement the Compliance and Crime Prevention Management Manual and the Risk Management Model.
Analyze operations for potential risks and suspicious activities.
Draft and review policies, procedures, and remediation plans.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Identify and assess business risks.
Perform audits and generate reports to improve risk and security systems.
Support regulatory updates and due diligence processes.
Who you are Degree in Law and specialization in Compliance.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of regulations in the financial sector (AML, GDPR, etc.).
Proficiency in English and Excel.
Knowledge of financial markets and risk management systems.
