Job Description: Within the Legal and Compliance Team, you will give support to the team in the following areas: Prevention of Money Laundering Identification of clients and users Analysis of alerts generated by the system Support to the team in the development of the prevention tool Support to the team in the construction of reports to the supervisory authority (SEPBLAC) Regulatory Analysis of the regulation applicable to the type of company and business activity Preparation of reports on specific topics (strong authentication, crypto-assets, etc.)
Corporate/Contract Review of deeds, minutes, etc.
Monitoring of documentation and commercial obligations Profile and skills required: Applicants must be pursuing a Law or Business university degree (or related area of study).
