Compliance Analyst

About the RoleWe are working with a leadingFintechin the financial sector to recruit aRegulatory Affairs Analyst.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local and international regulations within the fintech.
They will work closely with internal teams to ensure operations align with regulatory standards, particularly in areas such asKYC ,AML, and risk management.Responsibilities :Conductdue diligenceon clients, analyzing and reviewing relevant documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions, identifying risks related tomoney launderingandterrorist financing .PerformPEP(Politically Exposed Person) checks and conduct adverse media reviews.Collaborate with other departments to ensure operations adhere to internal policies and external regulations.Develop and maintain internal procedures related to regulatory compliance and risk management.Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes related to regulatory compliance.Qualifications & Technical Skills :At least 2 years of experiencein a regulatory compliance role, particularly withinfintechorbanking .A degree inLaw ,Finance ,Economics, or related fields.Strong knowledge ofKYC ,AML ,CTFregulations, and international compliance standards.Advancedanalytical skillsandattention to detail, with the ability to interpret alerts and manage risks effectively.Proficiency inPEPchecks andsanctions screening .Familiarity withfinancial crimetypologies, fraud detection, and relevant compliance regulations.Experience usingcompliance toolsand systems for monitoring transactions and client data.Strong communication skills inSpanishandEnglish .#J-18808-Ljbffr
