We're bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.JOB PURPOSEThe Completion and Handover Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Commissioning Team in executing the Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities in a safe way, always keeping the Project Process flow in mind. The role holder will work closely with the IPMT and the Contractors Commissioning Teams as well as with the Operations Start Up team, providing them all necessary information to timely drive the achievement of the relevant milestones.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESJob Specific Accountabilities:Verify the implementation and analyze the status of the mechanical completion system and mechanical completion database.Analyze the status of systems/subsystems final completion for subsequent handover to the downstream pre-commissioning works.Monitor that systems/subsystems are completed according to the priority defined in the pre-commissioning/commissioning schedule.Verify the progress updating for certification completion and punch list close out.Coordinate the preparation of MC and RFSU Dossiers keeping the Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning schedule in mind.Reporting directly to the Commissioning Manager, providing status reports with regards to the progress of the certification documents.Qualification:Bachelor degree of engineering in the relevant discipline from a recognized university/college.
