We are looking for a Complementary Landscape Lead to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.

About the Role Nespresso is a globally managed business, enabled by a mix of a global technology template and local applications and solutions ("complementary landscape").
As a complementary landscape lead, your main job will be to partner with markets, regions, and zones to better understand and support their local tech specificities.
Your mission will be to find the best synergies either to fully support and enable local initiatives from a global perspective, or to engage in a simplification journey to bring those capabilities back on the global template. You will develop expertise in those complementary solutions, develop (where applicable) the best support and engagement model from a global perspective. Where relevant, you will put in place transition and migration plans towards the global template.
Reporting into the Global Digital Tech department, you will partner at global level with multiple teams: Business Applications, Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Product Management. From a business standpoint you will develop partnerships with Zones and Functions.
You bring a mix of technical savviness, architecture mindset, project management expertise, and stakeholder empathy.
