RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a market leading insurance company who need a complaints handler to support this successful team. The company are well established with great progression prospects so represent an excellent opportunity to advance your career.
What will you do as a complaints handler?
-Investigate and respond to Underwriting complaints in a professional manner, ensuring the customers receive fair and swift resolutions.
-Communicate with complainants via email and phone.
-Log and keep accurate records of all complaints received.
-Produce reports and analysis from complaints data.
-Respond to and redirect emails received to the Complaints inbox.
-Work closely with claims handlers, brokers and other complaints handlers to resolve complaints and produce reports.
-Ensure regulatory expectations and timelines are adhered to.
What do you know that makes you a great complaints handler?
-Experience in motor insurance and customer support is essential
-Excellent letter writing skills and telephone manner.
-Fluent in English.
-Attention to detail and good administration skills.
-PC literature and knowledge of Microsoft office programs, such as Word and Excel.
-Ability to solve problems and work independently.
Salary £22k - £25k based on experience with bonus and benefits package.
