Assist management in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the evolving competitive landscape, including identifying key leaders, tracking their movements, and analyzing their developments. Additionally, conduct targeted deep dives into specific leaders or trends, with a particular emphasis on their commercial, financial, and sales strategies.Your main responsibilitiesObjective: Monitor industry trends and perform competitive deep divesTrack key developments in our direct and indirect competition baseDefine risks that these developments carry for AmadeusValidate assessment with relevant stakeholdersDefine if a competitive deep dive is required and agree on who should manage the deep dive (Competitive Intelligence, client team...)Define scope of deep dive with client team and identify relevant stakeholders to include in deep diveCommon accountabilities:Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.Specific Accountabilities:Define the scope and deliverables in cooperation with internal client and the Strategy Manager/Senior Strategy ManagerEnsure and support the project using best practices, working with resources from Corporate Strategy, Business Units (BUs), internal support functions, and external sources of knowledgeEnsure that their parts of studies are carried out according to commitments to internal customerPresent and/or contribute in preparing findings and recommendations to appropriate decision groups (Business Units, Executive Committee (ExCom))Ensure that customer satisfaction is monitored and kept as high as possible
