The Compensation Consultant will be primarily responsible for designing and implementing competitive pay ranges across the globe for all departments within the Company. This role requires a deep understanding of global compensation practices, regulatory requirements, and market trends to ensure our compensation programs support our business objectives and attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
