Job Purpose:
Support satisfaction level among staff, provide top quality service in the benefits system, and deal with Payroll and Accounting in matters related to this area. Acts as a first point of contact for internal clients in Benefits topic.
Your Responsibilities:
Co-responsible for benefits services coordination and contact with external suppliers.
On the basis of individual employees' decisions - preparing input data for remuneration processing by Payroll.
Acts as a first point of contact for internal clients of the benefits system - introduces, advises, answers questions and queries.
Provides timely settlements of invoices related to benefit programs in cooperation with accounting and external vendors.
Co-designs and implements new products and processes related to the benefits system.
Alert monitoring of market practices in the area of C&B, benchmark with reference organizations.
Takes initiative to propose processes, system or IT tool improvements within the respective area.
Participates in the process of G&A budget planning in regards to salary budget, prepares reports from PROPHIX system as well as forecasts and simulations.
Is responsible for preparing quality and relevant HR reports, summaries, analyses, indexes, ratios, and benefits systems guaranteeing the security of the personal data used and based on the business needs.
Lead HR project management to ensure proper communication between IT and HR, looking for the best solutions to support new projects on existing systems and on future systems to be implemented, analysing, advising, and helping with the decision-making process.

Requisitos mínimos
Your skills & experience:
3 or more years of experience in team management.
Experience in executing comp&ben functions.
Knowledge of the Office package, advanced Excel (it's a must).
Knowledge of People Analytics software.
High communicative knowledge of English both written and spoken.
High analytical skills.
Creativity, unconventional thinking, problem-solving skills.
