Responsibilities: Support the monthly payroll for processes across all European entities.
Support European-wide implementation of global HR initiatives.
Prepare employment contracts and amendments in compliance with country-specific legislation.
Manage onboarding and introduction process for new starters.
Ensure internal documents and policies are up to date.
Support HR Administration when needed (onboarding & offboarding process, reference letters, work permits, etc.).
Support absence tracking/time registration system.
Support monthly HR budget.
Manage Ad-hoc HR Projects.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant field.

2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment.
Solid experience in payroll and internal staffing.
Experience with German and/or European labour regulations and social security.
Service-oriented and proactive.
Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and toward tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Accurate and precise with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Languages: Excellent English and German language skills spoken and written; Spanish or any other European language is a plus.
