COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS SPECIALIST
(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)
Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, and controlling the daily activities of the HR Services Section.
Facilitating employee separation reports and documents.
Reviewing the correct processing and reporting of government mandatory benefits and health accident insurances.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management.
Flexible, result-oriented, and able to work with less supervision.
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Preferably with at least 2 years of experience.
Can start ASAP.
