We are a boutique recruitment agency that recruits selective personnel to act as Managers. Remuneration can come in one of the 3 forms, Directors Fees, Salary or a percentage of quarterly profits., or a percentage of quarterly profits. The Role You will be responsible for : Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives. All general office administration functions and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out. Acting as the main point of contact for any general office and / or facility related concern. Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible. Supporting on-boarding / off-boarding of staff. Developing and communicating internal guidelines and best practices with respect to your overall responsibilities. Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Manager / Chief of Staff or Office Manager role, ideally within the Professional Services industry. You are organised and have good interpersonal skills. You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint). You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively. You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments What's on Offer?
