The Job
You will be responsible for:

Designing business plans in line with the company's strategy and objectives.
All general office administration functions and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
Acting as the main point of contact for any general office and/or facility-related concern.
Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize performance wherever possible.
Supporting onboarding/offboarding of staff.
Developing and communicating internal guidelines and best practices with respect to your overall responsibilities.

The Profile

You have at least 1 year of experience within a Business Manager/Chief of Staff or Office Manager role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.
You have good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You can work with minimal supervision and multitask effectively.
You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organized, and able to multitask effectively.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
