Company Lawyer (Marbella)

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated  and experienced company lawyer to work within a multilingual environment in Marbella.
The successful applicant will be fluent in English and Spanish plus have a law degree obtained in Spain.
You will have at least 8 years   operational experience in the fields of labour, construction, finance and company law.
You will have excellent problem-solving skills, a pleasant demeanour, and be capable of undertaking a variety of tasks.
Requirements: ·        High level of English and Spanish (both written and spoken) ·        Previous experience working as a   company lawyer ideally in Marbella ideally 8+ years ·        Working knowledge of setting up companies in Spain ·        Working knowledge of preparing contracts etc in   the construction sector and liaising with third parties ·        Working knowledge of labour and finance laws in Spain ·        Computer literate ·        Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task ·        Attention to detail and problem-solving skills ·        Excellent communication skills ·        Good time management ·        Must have a car and a valid driving licence The offer: ·        Excellent work environment-office based ·        Spanish Contract ·        Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm ·      If you meet the requirements and would like to apply, please send a copy of your CV in English.
