Company Lawyer

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated company lawyer to work within a multilingual environment in Marbella.
The successful applicant will be fluent in English and Spanish plus have a law degree obtained in Spain. You will have at least three years operational experience in the fields of labour, construction, finance and company law. You will have excellent problem-solving skills, a pleasant demeanour, and be capable of undertaking a variety of tasks.
Requirements: ·        High level of English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
·        Previous experience working as a  company lawyer ideally in Marbella ideally 3+ years
·        Working knowledge of setting up companies in Spain
·        Working knowledge of preparing contracts etc in  the construction sector and liaising with third parties
·        Working knowledge of labour and finance laws in Spain
·        Computer literate
·        Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
·        Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
·        Excellent communication skills
·        Good time management
·        Must have a car and a valid driving licence
The offer: ·        Excellent work environment-office based
·        Spanish Contract
·        Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
·        €3000 gross per month
