Company Lawyer

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated company lawyer to work within a multilingual environment in Marbella. The successful applicant will be fluent in English and Spanish plus have a law degree obtained in Spain. You will have at least three years operational experience in the fields of labour, construction, finance and company law. You will have excellent problem-solving skills, a pleasant demeanour, and be capable of undertaking a variety of tasks.Requirements:· High level of English and Spanish (both written and spoken) · Previous experience working as a company lawyer ideally in Marbella ideally 3+ years· Working knowledge of setting up companies in Spain· Working knowledge of preparing contracts etc in the construction sector and liaising with third parties · Working knowledge of labour and finance laws in Spain· Computer literate· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills· Excellent communication skills· Good time management· Must have a car and a valid driving licenceThe offer:· Excellent work environment-office based· Spanish Contract· Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm· €3000 gross per monthIf you meet the requirements and would like to apply, please send a copy of your CV in English to ******.
