Community Specialist (Internship)We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry with headquartes in Barcelona, are currently looking for a motivated Community Specialist Intern to join our growing Bride Experience department.In this position, you will be responsible for managing Pronovias' bridal communities on social media, providing them with exceptional support and creating a memorable experience in their search for the dress of their dreams.Functions:You will be the voice of Pronovias on social media: You will respond to messages, comments and reactions from brides on Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.You will provide personalized support: You will help brides with their queries about dress availability, appointment management, size changes or any other claims they may have.You will direct claims and other feedback to the corresponding departments: You will ensure that brides receive the proper attention and support in case of possible complains or other requests.RequirementsFluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. French or Italian will be a plus.You must be a true passionate about the world of weddings and have a deep knowledge of bridal trends.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).You must have experience managing social media communities, especially on Instagram and Facebook.Positive, proactive and customer-oriented attitude.Availability to work in a dynamic environment.Public Relations or Marketing studies are highly valued.WHAT DOES PRONOVIAS GROUP OFFER?Ethical workplace environment that embraces the diversity that makes us special.
