As we grow, TikTok has become a critical platform to connect with our audience in authentic and creative ways. We're looking for a Community Manager with a TikTok-first mindset to drive our presence on this platform while ensuring consistency across others like Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
In this role, you'll focus on TikTok as the heartbeat of our social media strategy while also creating engaging, trend-driven content for Instagram and YouTube. You'll bring fresh ideas, viral campaigns, and a deep understanding of platform trends to the table, ensuring Honest Greens stands out as a leader in innovative, relatable, and cross-platform social media content.
Key ResponsibilitiesTikTok First: Lead and execute TikTok content strategy, ensuring the platform is a primary driver of brand awareness, community growth, and engagement.Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage Honest Greens' overarching social media strategy across all platforms, with TikTok and Instagram as the focal point.Trend Spotting & Experimentation: Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, and formats, identifying opportunities to creatively integrate them into our brand voice.Content Creation: Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce content, including short-form videos, trends, challenges, and storytelling campaigns.Community Building: Actively engage with our TikTok and Instagram audience through comments, duets, and stitch opportunities to foster a loyal and engaged following.Analytics & Optimization: Set and monitor KPIs specific to TikTok and Instagram performance, regularly analyzing and reporting on results to inform strategy.Cross-Platform Thinking: Leverage successful TikTok content to inform strategies on Instagram Reels and other emerging platforms.Influencer Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with TikTok and Instagram influencers who align with our brand values, creating authentic collaborations.Creative Brainstorms: Bring innovative, outside-the-box ideas to the table for both TikTok and broader social media campaigns.Brand Voice Stewardship: Ensure all content aligns with Honest Greens' voice and values, telling our story in an authentic and impactful way.What You Need to Be SuccessfulDeep Expertise in TikTok: Proven track record of driving growth and engagement on TikTok, with a clear understanding of its trends, audience behaviors, and content styles.Creative & Strategic Balance: Ability to craft compelling content while thinking strategically about how it fits into a broader marketing plan.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Experience in tracking and analyzing TikTok and Instagram performance metrics to refine content and maximize impact.Content Creation Skills: Basic video editing, knowledge of creative tools, and the ability to produce high-quality content on the go.Platform Versatility: Familiarity with Instagram Reels and other short-form video platforms, with the ability to cross-pollinate content.Influencer Savvy: Experience working with influencers to co-create content that feels organic and resonates with their audiences.Storytelling Skills: Strong copywriting and a knack for turning ideas into narratives that captivate audiences.Trend Enthusiast: A passion for staying ahead of social media trends and leveraging them effectively for brand growth.Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.This position reports directly to the Creative Director.
